When I first Heard about Choi Kwang Do i was on my own bringing up my son and thought it could  be something he would enjoy. He Started doing choi and i used to watch. The instructors were very friendly and would always make me feel welcome and encouraged me to help them do activities with the children. finnaly i got up the courage and joined myself, since then choi has been a great deal in my life the instructors still asked me to help with children activities and suggested i become an assistant instructor. the training can be as easy or hard as you wish but the more effort you put in the greater the rewards are, Im now in a relationship with a mum to five children and apart from the youngest who will be joining in once he is old enough we now all have the same passion for choi kwang do and are all addicted.
