Mr Tuvey - Chief Instructor/School Owner

I started training in Choi Kwang Do in 1992, reached black belt in 1995 and became an assistant intructor in the same year. My mother and I started nckd in 1996 becoming instructor in 1997. We started the after school club in 2000 with funding from the millenium awards and then from NELM 2002 untill 2009. I have trained regually with the london black belt and several times under Grand Master Kwang Jo Choi the founder of this martial art and was graded to 3rd Dan gold tag in 2005. On the death of my mother in 2006 I became chief instructor and school owner and have tried to keep the class going as she would have wanted.

Mr Ramsbottom - Chief Instructor

I was first introduced to norwich choi kwang do in 2005 when i took my son to the after school club. I soon got involved and drawn in by the friendly instructors. five years later and im a Third degree instructor. My greatest reward attained from being an instructor is the ability to help others learn and progress.

Mr Rose - Assistant Instructor

I first started choi kwang do in 1998.
I started nckd because i was bullyed in middle school, year 6. My friend john who used to do choi introduced me,i fell in love stright away. I got my white suit and belt, and 3 years later was first degree, once i reached 17 gorgina s tuvey graded me to an asistant instructor.
I am now a 3rd degree black belt gold tag, and soon hope to be a instructor.
Nckd has helped me alot with confidence and will stay for many more years to come.
